Lloyd’s of London, is a global (re)insurance hub for commercial and (more famously) specialty risks. With its illustrious history, this incredible institution continues to remain as relevant today as when it was born out of the coffee shop culture of EC3 in the late 1680s.
Lloyd’s needed an impactful and engaging strategy to help them communicate and demonstrate their London Market supporting ‘Ease of Doing Business’ initiative.
Covering the full spectrum of services from ‘placement’ through to ‘claims’, the initiative needed to engage leaders from across the market to generate support and promote its message.

First, to consult with market leaders to understand their position.
Second, to develop an approach to visually interpret key initiative messages with consistent, market recognised branding.
Third, to deliver an engaging and joined-up presentation strategy for market leaders’ comms and initiative focused events.
The resulting strategic, highly engaging and brand-led approach helped Lloyd’s demonstrate the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ initiative to the market leadership more widely, whilst also underpinning their commitment to leading the modernisation across the London Market.
