Ebix is a leading international supplier of software and e-commerce solutions to the insurance industry, with headquarters in Atlanta and a further 35 offices globally.

Ebix, a long-standing client of ours, needed an engaging and dynamic campaign strategy and asset development for international events and comms, having only a very lengthy, lacklustre messaging and positioning, lacking a succinct, accessible proposition and brand expression.


OB Brand Consulting were appointed to develop a clear messaging strategy, supported by a consistent, cut-through brand expression and positioning.

To ensure the right messages were being articulated for the right audiences, we developed a visual brand language to simplify the process and story – along with regionally focused presentations and campaigns as part of the comms strategy.

A suite of digital assets were developed for brand consistency, with our creative direction aiding the application and implementation of the strategy across comms output.


As a result, our strategy offered clearer, more coherent messaging than Ebix had ever had before.

The digital comms strategy made their proposition more accessible, using social media and online channels across all their international events, ensuring wider brand recognition and greater business opportunities in many yet untapped regions.
