Marketing their technology, products and services, consistently and clearly – translating their language into a commercial proposition – was a perennial challenge. How do you make the complex, simple?
Solution
OB were engaged by QinetiQ to provide high-end strategic digital content and consultation across multiple divisions, throughout strategic partnerships and also at corporate level. This meant we could bring a consistent approach and strategy to an otherwise fragmented and siloed structure.
We have developed event campaign strategies and materials for major industry shows for the organisation (DSEI and Farnborough International Airshow), including the creative direction, design and production of display and exhibition stands, interactive content, experiential fit-out and 3D video assets.
We also developed and delivered a series of cornerstone corporate and sales presentations, employing both traditional media and our own digital platform Ripple, an interactive, dynamic and highly engaging presentation and content sharing sales engagement app.
Result
OB brought together key internal stakeholders, breaking down internal barriers and behaviours, to collaborate in the unfamiliar world of marketing to talk about their amazing projects. In one case a catalyst to initiate the integration of two key products to form a third.
As a result, we were able to help QinetiQ raise their brand profile and achieve greater cut-through with key industry audiences, with clear and consistent messaging and highly engaging visual execution, helping to explain complex systems and solutions more simply.
