Capita were struggling to deliver a cohesive, professional and engaging brand strategy and sales proposition for their Employee Benefits division.
OB Brand Consulting were engaged to reposition their proposition and build an effective engagement strategy and platform to enable greater reach and improve sales.
Solution
We carried out a brand and sales process audit, gaining valuable insight into Capita’s strategy, where it was lacking structure and clarity, as well as brand perception workshops and a full review of the tools and platforms they used.
From this discovery stage, we developed a new digital strategy and product repositioning, messaging and content, as well as identified new assets and tools to help with sales and product engagement.
We also built a new sales pitch and presentation platform using our sales enablement tool to deliver Capita’s new proposition.
